BE ACTIVE

Do not get so caught up in studying that you neglect a healthy lifestyle. You will in fact benefit from being active during your exams. It has scientifically been proven that as little as 20 minutes of cardio can improve your memory retention. It will increase your levels of energy - which is important to concentrate. Exercise is also helpful to release stress. Any physical activity such as running, jogging, walking, biking, or dancing is good.
